Hydraulic Oil: RPL-HA Series

Series Range:

• RPL-HA22 • RPL-HA46 • RPL-HA100
• RPL-HA32 • RPL-HA46 • RPL-HA150

Product Description:

The RPL-HA series hydraulic oils are anti-wear hydraulic oils blended to meet the toughest requirements of major manufacturers and users of hydraulic equipment. They will reduce vane and gear pump wear in systems operating at high loads, speeds and temperatures. Their specialized additive package allows use in severe hydraulic systems using axial and radial piston pumps.

The RPL-HA series has outstanding rust protection, low deposit formation, superior demulsibility, oxidation resistance, low pour points and non-foaming properties. They are non-corrosive to metal alloys and are fully compatible with seal materials.

• Denison HF-0 and HF-2
• Vickers industrial and mobile applications
• Cincinnati Milacron P-68, P-70 specifications
• Sperry Vickers 1-286-S

Features and Benefits:

• Blend of highly refined, hydro-treated, high VI paraffin base oil

High film strength

• Superior resistance to oil oxidation

• Non-gumming

• Excellent rust and corrosion protection

• Substantially reduces wear on frictional surfaces

• Exceptional demulsibility; separates readily from water

• Special polymer anti-foaming additive prevents foam and inhibits oil oxidation by allowing air to release quickly from the system

Method of Application:

No special precautions are required. Follow regular maintenance instructions as provided with original equipment. Although the RPL-HA hydraulic oils are compatible with conventional oils, it is recommended to thoroughly drain and clean systems prior to switching over. Selection of the correct lubricant viscosity is based on the requirements of the applications.

All RPL-HA hydraulic oils meet or exceed the performance requirements of:
