Flake Graphite Oven Chain Oil: RPL-BAKOIL200

Product Description:

The RPL-Bakoil-200 is an oven chain lubricant that is blended using 25% premium flake graphite compounds suspended in an odorless petroleum solvent. The base solvent evaporates quickly leaving a long lasting heat-resistant solid film on all moving mechanisms. Rollers are free to rotate and chain linkages are free to hinge.

The Bakoil-200 is designed to withstand heavy loads while reducing friction and wear, therefore extending the life of oven chains and reduce maintenance costs. The product will not cause excessive smoking or hard build-ups on chains or rails.

Bakoil-200 should be applied to a COOL chain by brush, oilcan or automatic applicator with agitator. Applied properly, the Bakoil-200 should reduce overall amperage consumption and chain wear. For best results and safety, we recommend you follow application procedures, with special caution regarding temperature since this can be a combustible mixture under certain conditions.

Did you know?

The majority of chains fail from the inside. They stretch or kink due to wear and corrosion inside the pin and bushing area.

To lubricate effectively, chain oils must be carefully engineered to penetrate and clean the inside of the chain,  removing contaminants and any trapped water, and leaving behind a heavy film of oil, grease or solid lubricant..
