                    Silicone Grease:
                    RPL-PRG

The RPL-PRG silicone food grade grease is manufactured
from a 100% silicone base fluid combined with an
inorganic gel thickener which provides for good thermal
stability over a wide temperature range and in different
operating conditions. It has low vapor pressure and
                        superior oxidation properties.

Unlike conventional petroleum lubricants, the RPL-PRG
does not dissolve or react in the presence of many
active processing materials because of its special inert
properties. It is resistant to a broad range of
                        chemicals including most hydrocarbon-based solvents,
methanol, ethanol, glycol, glycerin, aqueous solutions
of inorganic salts, acids and alkalis, vegetable and
mineral oils, fuels, organic compounds and common gases.

RPL-PRG prevents sticking of valves and 0-rings at high
temperatures or in freezing conditions. It provides an
excellent seal between synthetic rubber and plastic
parts in contact with metal in both high vacuum and
pressure systems. It is used in a variety of food grade
applications where high dielectric strength, water
repellency and corrosive protection are necessary.

It is manufactured in conformance with NSF International
guidelines and are fully compliant with Canadian Food
Inspection Agency requirements for use where incidental
contact is possible under Sections 21 CFR 178.3570 and
                        774.1 D78.

Typical applications include valve seats, 0-rings, flow
meters, plug valves, electrical connectors, ignition
components and as an assembly lubricant for rubber and
                        plastic parts.
