High Temperature Grease: RPL-HT100

Product Description:

RPL-HT100 is a moderate to high temperature grease manufactured using a unique blend of high viscosity, semi-synthetic base oils and organoclay thickeners which provide for extended service life at high temperatures and exceptional resistance to oxidation and wear. It will resist viscosity loss through a wide temperature range even when subjected to mechanical stresses including shearing.

The combination of high temperature protection and low-bleed formulation make the RPL-HT100 an excellent choice for kilns, ovens, fans, conveyors and stud mounted roller bearings. Long-life properties allow it to be used in permanently lubed assemblies as well as sealed-for-life bearings. It will withstand continuous operating temperatures up to 200°C / 400°F. It can be manually applied or dispensed using standard pumping equipment.

Typical applications include a wide range of moderate and high temperature uses including slow and medium speed bearings, kiln cars, textile machinery, fans and blowers, ovens, bakery applications, vacuums and asphalt processing.

Method of Application:

No special handling precautions are required. Follow regular maintenance instructions as provided with original equipment. It can be manually applied or dispensed using standard pumping equipment.
