General and Multi-Purpose Grease: RPL-123HT

Product Description:

RPL-123HT is formulated from a stable yet complex organoclay thickener blended with a selected semi-synthetic base oil to ensure maximum lubricity and adhesive characteristics even when subjected to excessive heat and abnormal humidity conditions. It is designed for continuous use in operating temperatures up to 200°C (400°F) and intermittently up to 260°C (500°F).

RPL-123HT is designed with a controlled bleed feature at the upper temperature range. This compensates for expansion and relieves pressure against seals assuring free flow through feed lines located in extreme heat zones.

Typical applications include a wide range of industrial and multi-purpose uses including both plain and anti-friction bearings, textile machinery, gear motors, fan and blower bearings, ovens, bakery applications and vacuums.
