General and Multi-Purpose Grease: RPL-123

Product Description:

RPL-123 is a multi-purpose and non-melting grease designed for a wide range of applications and temperature ranges. It is formulated using a mineral base oil and a complex organoclay thickener to ensure maximum lubricity and adhesive characteristics even when subjected to excessive heat and abnormal humidity conditions.

The RPL-123 combines the performance of an NLGI 1,2 and 3. The strength of the base oil allows for excellent anti-wear, rust and corrosion protection combined with a low coefficient of friction for extended service life and energy savings. It will not drip or run-out. RPL-123 blocks out dirt, powder, lint and other solid contaminants. It is suitable for hot, tough applications where a long-lasting and durable grease is required.

Typical applications include a wide range of industrial and multi-purpose uses including both plain and anti-friction bearings, textile machinery, bakery equipemtn, gear motors, fan and blower bearings, ovens and vacuums, gear motors, electrical audio components and miniature bearings.
