Product Description:

RPL-CPX770 represents in many ways the "next generation" of technically advanced lubricants and has recently been added to our product offerings. It is a long-lasting, chemically inert, non-flammable and non-toxic grease that is manufactured from a combination of 100% Perfluoropolyether (PFPE) base stocks comprised of carbon, fluorine and oxygen. This base stock is combined with a high quality additive package and thickening gel to create the final blend.

RPL-CPX770 has a high viscosity index which allows for a constant viscosity to be maintained over a wide temperature range and operating conditions. It provides excellent lubricity and is thermo-oxidatively stable up to 300C (575F). It will enable superior lubrication where chemical and water contamination is severe and harsh. It is compatible with conventional petroleum oils, greases and is chemically inert with most design materials.

RPL-CPX770 is also used as a food grade grease. It is manufactured in conformance with NSF International guidelines and is fully compliant with Canadian Food Inspection Agency requirements for use where incidental contact is possible under Sections 21 CFR 178.3570 and 774.1 D78.

Typical uses include industrial bearings and gears operating over a wide temperature range, "sealed-for-life" applications, and anytime high oil temperatures result in frequent part replacement and high maintenance costs from cleaning and re-lubrication.

Method of Application:

No special handling precautions are required. Follow regular maintenance instructions as provided with original equipment. RPL-CPX770 is chemically inert with most design materials but it is recommended to thoroughly clean systems prior to switching over.
