The RPL-45 series is a 100% synthetic water-white, non-toxic, premium food-grade oil with high quality additive treatments that provide a stable viscosity over the extreme temperature ranges associated with glass manufacturing and pharmaceutical vial-forming. It provides excellent protection against rust and corrosion. It will not carbonize or harden.

The RPL-45-6 oil is clear, pure, clean and manufactured in conformance with NSF International guidelines and are fully compliant with Canadian Food Inspection Agency requirements under Section 21 CFR 172.878.

Typical applications include glass and vial manufacturing in pharmaceutical, food and beverage industries, as well as other extreme temperature applications where superior purity and cleanliness is required.

Method of Application:

Follow regular maintenance instructions as provided with original equipment. No special handling precautions are required.  It is recommended to thoroughly drain and clean systems prior to switching to the RPL 45 Series.
