High Temperature Oil: RPL-785

Product Description:

The RPL-785 is a 100% synthetic, viscous fluid with a honey-like consistency designed to handle severe high temperature mechanical loads on chains, slides and bearings in operating conditions up to 260°C (500°F). RPL-785 is fully formulated for anti-wear, rust, oxidation protection and corrosion resistance. It does not contain any solid additives which make it ideal in close tolerance applications since there are no solid particles to build-up and restrict movement.

The RPL-785 resists fling-off, dripping and the oil soluble additives allow for effective penetration into small clearances such as pins, rollers and side-plates. It has an extremely low rate of evaporation which allows for long-term service.

Method of Application:

No special handling precautions are required. Follow regular lubrication instructions as provided with original equipment. It is recommended to thoroughly drain and clean systems prior to switching over. The RPL-785 may not be fully compatible with other high temperature oils and are not recommended for certain types of seals, paints and plastics.
