Compressor Oil: RPL-H Series Series Range:
    	                • RPL-H32 - Rotary / Vane Product Description:
RPL-H32/46/68 are designed for use in oil-flooded
rotary screw and rotary vane type compressors. Because
the lubricant is injected directly into the air stream
of these compressors, superior lubricant oxidation and
thermal stability is required to minimize the deposits,
lacquer and sludge build-up especially in the heat
exchangers. Less deposits result in reduced component
wear, improved compressor efficiency and less downtime
needed to change the lubricant and replace parts. Series Description:
The RPL-H Series of compressor oils are blended using
100% Synthetic PAO and Ester base fluids with specially
designed additives for long lasting compressor
lubrication under more severe operating conditions. They
enable extended oil drain intervals, protection against
wear, rust and corrosion, extra-low volatility, and
superior oxidation and thermal stability. Features and Benefits: • High film strength, l Low vapor pressure, reduced oil carry-over • Protection against oil oxidation at high discharge temperatures reduces sludge and varnish deposits on valve and other working parts • Compressor efficiency is improved through cleaner separators, valves and filters • Excellent anti-wear properties and water tolerance • Non-foaming, excellent rust and corrosion protection • Separates readily from water, extended drain intervals • High flash point above 480°F (249°C) which reduces recompression and fire hazard risks • Improves sealing for better compression.
                    • Equipment runs cooler with less energy demands. Typical Operating Properties:
 Method of Application:
Follow regular lubrication instructions as provided with
original equipment. It is recommended to thoroughly drain
and clean systems prior to switching over. RPL-H Series
compressor oils contain esters which may not be fully
compatible with other compressor oils. Once switched, the
RPL-ACO Series typically extends lube intervals up to 8
times conventional lubricants and often longer. It is
recommended that oil drain intervals be established by
monitoring the oil condition with lubricant analysis to be
certain. Lubricant requirements vary with the type of
compressor and may be further influenced by operating
                    pressures, temperatures and other factors.
