Semi-Fluid Grease: RPL-TX000

Product Description:

RPL-TX000 is semi-fluid NLGI 00 grease manufactured using highly refined paraffin base oils blended with an aluminum complex thickener. It has a very soft consistency that makes it very useful for pump delivery systems. It is formulated to provide mechanical stability in a wide range of temperature conditions and resists separation of the oil from the thickening system within the reservoir, especially when vibration is present. It resists run-out even when subject to high loads.

RPL-TX000 has excellent water separation and EP properties. It has a tenacious film that ensures total protection against wear, rust and corrosion. The superior film strength allows for use where heavier fluids are otherwise indicated. It has a wide operating temperature range, high viscosity index and resists running out even at high loads.

Typical uses for RPL-TX000 includes textile and weaving applications. The aluminum complex thickener is ideally suited for the higher speeds, vibrations and shearing forces that are more typical in textile manufacturing.

Method of Application:

No special handling precautions are required. Follow regular maintenance instructions as provided with original equipment. Prior to application, it is recommended that this product be mixed well.

Did you know?

Selecting the proper semi-fluid grease is not just about finding a soft enough grease that will be pumpable.  The oil that is carried in the grease is even more critical to ensure that it will deliver the level of performance you require, especially in high heat, high load and water applications.
