Food Grade Grease:
RPL-NTG-600
RPL-NTG-600 grease is a semi-fluid NLGI 000 food grade
grease formulated from a high quality mineral oil and an
aluminum complex thickener. It is designed to offer
good anti-wear and EP protection but with a soft
consistency that makes it very useful for pump delivery
systems. It is formulated to provide mechanical
stability and solid performance in a wide range of
temperature conditions.
The RPL-NTG-600 contains oxidation and corrosion
additives for enhanced performance. It has good
resistance to water washout and performs well under
medium loads and medium-speed conditions. It is
recommended for use in certain applications where a
semi-fluid grease combined with edible purity is
required. It is clear, biologically inert, and
manufactured in conformance with NSF International
guidelines. It is fully compliant with Canadian Food
Inspection Agency requirements for use where incidental
contact is possible under Sections 21 CFR 178.3570 and
774.1 D78.
Typical applications include bearings and open surfaces
such as cam tracks, followers, slides, gears and
wherever there is a possibility of incidental food
contact. RPL-NTG-600 is especially recommended for
centralized lube systems including punch heads and cam
tracks on pharmaceutical tablet presses.
Typical industries that utilize this product include a
range of pharmaceutical applications, cosmetics, meat
and poultry processing, beverage manufacturing,
breweries, canneries (fruit, vegetables, seafood), sugar
and confectionary plants, grain processing, bakeries and
pet food products.

Please note: due to the semi-fluid nature of this
product, it is not offered in cartridges since the oil
has a tendency to leak out of the packaging.
