Privacy Policy Opening Statement Maintaining and protecting Personal Information is important to Davley Darmex. In accordance with Canadian Privacy Legislation Directives, the following Privacy Policy has been developed regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information by Davley Darmex. Davley Darmex reserves the right to contract specific services to third-party service providers on its behalf such as, but not necessarily limited to, managing the logistics of digital mailings or surveys i.e. Constant Contact, Survey Monkey, etc. Third-party providers will be given only the Personal Information they need to deliver the service. Deleting Personal Information Davley Darmex retains Personal Information only for as long as required by law or as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. At an individual’s request, and subject to applicable law, Davley Darmex will inactivate and delete Personal Information from our records.
