High Temperature Oil:
RPL-773ND
RPL773-ND is a PAO and ester synthetic oil formulation
for use in high temperature applications involving
chains, slides and bearings operating up to 500°F
(260°C) and intermittently up to 600°F (315°C). It is a
clear-amber ashless fluid which will not carbonize or
produce hard varnish residue.
RPL-773ND cleans as it lubricates, gradually dissolve
pre-existing residues. It is used in electronics
processing and manufacturing where it exhibits low
volatility and evaporation rates while uniformly coating
metal surfaces for a long-lasting smooth surface finish
that reduces consumption and extends re-lubrication
intervals.
RPL-773ND will assure maximum anti-wear protection and
has excellent anti-corrosion and rust protection against
water, chemical, lint and dirt contamination
environments. It features a cohesive, non-drip additive
treatment to resist fling-off onto processing or product
materials.
Typical applications include a wide variety of extreme
temperature applications, includings chains and
sprockets, bearings, conveyors, ovens, slide ways and
pulleys found in the textile, electronics, chemical,
pharmaceutical, ceramic, plastics, pulp and paper
industries

No special handling precautions are required. Follow regular lubrication
instructions as provided with original equipment.
It is recommended to
thoroughly drain and clean systems prior to switching
over. The RPL-773ND may not be fully compatible with
other high temperature oils and are not
recommended for certain types of seals, paints and
plastics.
