Heat Transfer Oil: RPL-HT1000

Product Description:

RPL-H1000T heat transfer oil is special formulation designed specifically to aid in the rapid and efficient transfer of heat away from critical hot spots in severe applications. It has excellent oxidation stability and exceptional resistance to thermal decomposition. It also has low volatility which helps eliminate vapor lock in circulating pumps and reduces the risk of cavitations which are destructive to centrifugal pump blades.

Method of Application:

No special precautions are required. Follow regular lubrication instructions as provided with original equipment. RPL-H1000T is designed to be compatible with other petroleum heat transfer oils. In open systems (exposed to atmosphere), RPL-H1000T can be used up to 365°F (185°C). In closed systems (not exposed to atmosphere), it can be used up to 600°F (315°C).
