Product Description:

RPL-KMG is a heavy-duty water resistant grease manufactured using a highly refined and hydro-treated paraffin base oil thickened with organoclay and fortified with MoS² for maximum anti-wear and extreme pressure protection against vibration and shock. It has a high viscosity index, a high dropping point and good oxidation stability.

RPL-KMG has excellent rust and corrosion protection combined with a low coefficient of friction for extended service life and energy savings. It will not drip or run-out. It blocks out dirt, powder and other solid and liquid contaminants including water, salt water, mild acids and alkalis.

This particular grease is ideally suited for all types of slow to moderate speed indoor and outdoor applications subjected to heavy-duty pressures and shocks including bearings, cams, slides, gears and a range of stationary and mobile equipment. Typical applications include marine, mining, pulp, paper and forestry machinery.

Available in NLGI Grade 1 and 2. Please specify at the time of order.

Did you know?

Most greases will offer at least some basic degree of water protection.

However, it takes a careful combination of base fluids and additives to formulate a product that not only will protect an application, but also provide continuous and effective lubrication under constant  exposure without breaking down.
