Food Grade Grease: RPL-NTG

Product Description:

The RPL-NTG food grade grease is a translucent-white grease formulated from a mineral base oil and thickened with a special non-melt, inorganic gel system. This gel system provides for good mechanical stability that resists softening and will not run-out under normal operating conditions and temperatures.
The RPL-NTG has good oxidation stability and adhesive properties that will not fling-off. It offers good rust and corrosion protection for medium to high-speed applications.  It is recommended for use where the high performance of a mineral-oil grease combined with edible purity is required.  It is manufactured in conformance with NSF International guidelines and is fully compliant with Canadian Food Inspection Agency requirements for use where incidental contact is possible under Sections 21 CFR 178.3570 and 774.1 D78.

Typical applications include bearings, grease-lubricated gears, cams and slides, pumps, food mixers, freezers, chillers, refrigeration units, bottlers, canners, packagers, fillers, wrappers and tablet/capsule presses.
