Food Grade Grease: RPL-ET-2S

Product Description:

The RPL-ET-2S food grade grease is white in colour and formulated using a synthetic PAO base fluid with a high V.I. and thickened with an organoclay gel system. It has an extremely low pour point at -62°C (-80°F) and superior thermal and oxidation stability.  It has an excellent temperature range while maintaining viscosity.

The RPL-ET-2S contains a tackifier for extra adhesion properties that clings to surfaces and resists fling-off. It has good mechanical stability and will not melt or run-out under very low operating conditions and temperatures.  It also contains Teflon® PTFE for excellent lubricity and low coefficient of friction.  It is manufactured in conformance with NSF International guidelines and is fully compliant with USDA and Canadian Food Inspection Agency requirements for use where incidental contact is possible under Sections 21 CFR 178.3570 and 774.1 D78.

Typical applications include bearings, cams and slides, pharmaceutical and food processing equipment, pumps, food mixers, freezers, chillers, refrigeration units and outdoor equipment where moderate load conditions exist.
