Ordering Information:

For up-to-date information on Canadian pricing, current stock, and additional shipping information including our nearest stocking location, please contact us by phone or Email and one of our associates will be pleased to assist you. 

Available Container Sizes:

For your convenience, we offer a range of container sizes. Please note, there may be some minimum quantities involved in the smaller sizes due to packaging restrictions notably in the cartridges, aerosols and single gallon containers.

Delivery:

We offer delivery anywhere in Canada with next day services in Ontario and Quebec for our regularly stocked items. In the case of special orders, non-stocks and emergency situations, we are also able to arrange for direct shipments to your manufacturing location.

Samples and Prototypes:

Depending on availability and the nature of your request, it may be possible to issue samples of material for evaluation purposes. Please contact a sales associate for additional information.

Return Policy:

We want your experience with our company to be positive and we work hard to match your lubricant needs with a product selected to do the job you require. We realize, however, that there may be situations when your purchase may not meet with your desired expectations or there may have been a potential mismatch in the application. We try at all costs to avoid this scenario by taking the time prior to the sale to correctly identify the product you require.

Due to the nature of our product, it is often difficult or impossible to return goods for refund or for credit. We will attempt to do our best on a customer-by-customer basis whenever these rare situations arise to ensure that your satisfaction is guaranteed, but we regret to inform you that we are not able to physically accept returns once the product have been opened. In certain cases, as with boxes containing gallons, cartridges and aerosols, we will accept the balance of an open box for a refund providing they are returned within 90 days from the date of purchase and all remaining containers are received back at our warehouse in good condition.

Finally, please note that for any custom blends and special non-stock orders, all sales are final unless otherwise indicated on the bill of sale.

Please note that in accordance with the terms set forth by the manufacturers of the products we offer, no warranty is expressed or implied regarding the results obtained from the use of these products. The seller shall not be liable for any loss, damage or liability resulting from the use of the products in the buyer's manufacturing processes or in combination with other substances. We reserve the right change these terms without prior notice.
